Indentify your Goals.
Below are seven items for which you likely have a specific or important goal in mind. After
each item ask yourself what your “next step” goal is for that item in your life. Write your next step goal for each area in
the text box next to that area. (If you feel completely satisfied with any area your goal may be simply to maintain the
status quo.) After finishing all items on this list, you must check only two items. These two are the ones you want or
think about most at this time. Then, continue to the next list.
